PARACAS ICA
Very early in the morning we leave Lima at approximately 5:45 am. On board of a comfortable tourist bus we will travel 259 kilometers along the Panamericana Sur highway (4 hours trip) until we arrive at the Paracas beach resort in the Ica region. Once in Paracas, we will board the El Chaco pier to depart on a modern boat to Ballestas Island. After the visit to Paracas we will depart by tourist transport to the city of Ica (1 hour trip on average). There we will visit the famous oasis of Huacachina, which is located only 5 kilometers from the center of the city. In the small town we will be able to appreciate the beautiful lagoon formed in a desert. In addition, we will be able to enjoy its simple streets surrounded by a beautiful landscape. Optionally we can do the sports activities offered in Huacachina: sandboarding, buggy rides and more.
ISLAS BALLESTAS
At the appointed time, we will pick you up at your hotel in Lima or Paracas and transfer you to the local port. Once at the dock, we will start a speedboat tour to discover the coastal landscapes of the area. On the boat we will see the carved lines of the enigmatic geoglyph of El Candelabro, later skirting the coasts of the Ballestas Islands. As we sail along this archipelago we will see numerous local fauna such as sea lions, Humboldt penguins and endemic birds that usually fly over the islands. We will finish the boat ride arriving at the port of Paracas at approximately 11:00 a.m., from the pier we will take you back to your hotel or next tour.
OASIS DE LA HUACACHINA
Starts with the early pick up, approximately 3 to 4 am, our agent will pick you up to board the mobility that will go to the city of Paracas with the first tour. It begins approximately 8 to 9 am in the visit to the Ballestas Islands by boat, then we will board our mobility to go to the city of Ica to enjoy lunch (not included) and then make the City tour in Ica, where you will visit the Plaza Mayor; The Cathedral of the Lord of Luren and its sanctuary; marvel at the only oasis in all America and its legend of the mermaid; Visit the town of Cachiche, mystical and esoteric town of witches and healers, and go to the artisan wineries to taste the piscos, wines and the traditional cachina iqueña; as well as see the preparation of Peruvian Pisco Huacachina Excursion, to climb uphill from the desert in the sand carts and make the Sandboarding (slide on the boards by the desert sands). At the end of the tour at approximately 4 pm. We will have the afternoon free to visit the Huacachina Oasis and spend the night in our indicated lodging.
