CITY TOUR
This tour to Puno has a duration of 3 hours approx. We will visit the following places of historical, cultural and touristic interest:
- Puno Park, located in the center of the city of Puno, in the center is a monument to Dr. Manuel Pino, hero of the war with chile; it was built in 1901.
- Basilica Menor de la Catedral, built in the Plaza de Armas between the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries. Built in granite stone, it has an imposing carved façade in the transitional baroque style. It consists of a single nave, in Latin cross.
- Carlos Dreyer Museum:
- This museum shows us a passage through pre-Inca times, until colonial times. It has rooms of the Andean cultures such as Pucara, Tiahuanaco, Inca. It also gives us an overview of life in the Spanish colony.
- Deústua Arch, located to the north of the city. It is a stone monument surrounded by pillars distributed in two semicircles, as lookouts, and that was erected in tribute to the Patriots who succumbed in the battles of Junin and Ayacucho.
- Viewpoints of the city like; the Cerrito de Huajsapata and the Puma Uta.
RUTA ISLA UROS
Very early in the morning the staff will meet you at the bus station, you will have time to have breakfast and then go to the port of Puno, heading to the floating islands of the Uros. Arrival to the first floating island, the organized villagers will demonstrate their activities from how the island is built from reeds, their main activities and what each family is dedicated, we will take a ride on one of the boats built by themselves based on reeds which will take us to the main island, there we will have an option to taste the gastronomy (OPTIONAL) Then we will go to the port of Puno for lunch there some typical local dishes and have the afternoon free to visit the city of Puno.
CAÑON TAQUILE
On the way to the island of Taquile we visit the floating islands of the Uros. Taquile is a natural island privileged by nature, which is located 35 km from the city of Puno.
The inhabitants of this island are especially known for their fine textiles, which are among the finest Peruvian handicrafts. On the island, the traveler is greeted by a spectacular view of the lake and a simple stone doorway that welcomes visitors.
In addition, the island of Taquile has beautiful landscapes and archaeological sites, however, the most important wealth of the place is formed by its inhabitants of Quechua origin who are characterized by their hospitality and charisma with visitors.
Take into account the hours of navigation of this excursion: 1.5 hours one way and 1.5 hours return.
CAÑON AMANTANI
Esta excursión se denomina vuelta al mundo en el Lago Titicaca, en donde nuestros viajeros vivirán una experiencia única, con un turismo vivencial en contacto directo con la gente local de origen quechua (AMANTANI).

Esta visita incluye una caminata a los puntos más altos de la isla donde están situados los templos del (Pacha Tata y Pacha Mama) desde donde se encuentra un gran observatorio para disfrutar la belleza de la isla y ver la inmensidad del Lago Titicaca con un atardecer único propio del lugar, alojamiento en casas sencillas de familia y cómodos a la vez, los servicios son básicos. No hay señal de internet, ni electricidad.
